On NUMEROUS occasions I have had car WARRANTY service at BMW of El Paso (the only dealership in town), each and every time there are extended delays, waiting time of 3 weeks or more

El Paso BMW refuses to meet the standard BMW service. Despite it having the icon of BMW, the service is lacking in professional standards, slow delays in getting your car back, failing to do CORRECT oil changes, staff will lie to cover each other's mistakes, different versions of what technical problems. This same BMW of El Paso has had NUMEROUS management changes in the past few years and continues performing below the BMW standard. When a customer complains, BMW management will attack and lie about the customer. Recently on Veteran's day, my son dressed in military uniform was attempting to peacefully discuss ADMITTED errors by the dealership, the General Manager refused to hear or address the concerns and requested the Veteran leave his office. Several complaints are made to the Better Business Bureau, but in a small town with the dealership paying large amounts of advertising monies locally and being the ONLY BMW dealership in town in a radius of 300 miles or more, they are able to attack a customer. BMW EP continues selling, but AFTER the sell and if you unfortunate to have maintenance issues, it is all up hill.
