Terrible service at BMW cedar isle

Went in to view a motor vehicle. Was told to wait for consultant by the name of Bongani. Waited for an hour and still got no service. Went back to reception to enquire for Bongani and was told to wait at his desk and he will attend to is. Ten minutes later when he got back to his desk, he said sorry but the safe is closed and you are too late. We told him that we were waiting for over an hour which did not seem to phase him. He gave us no response and continued assisting someone else. We asked at reception if there was anyone else that could assist and was told no as they were short staffed . We walked out at that point as we could see that we werent going to get any service.
