Tried to email you 3 times...emails won't go through
I need to put my prescription on hold because I still have product left over from my previous supplier. I do not want any more orders sent until I contact them...but my emails have all been returned with an error message.
No way to alter or cancel subscription. Poor customer service...no phone number!!!

Preferred solution: I would like a refund as I’ve trying for months to cancel and they know it. A cancellation would be great.

There is no way to get a hold of customer service
Have tried to get a hold of customer service several ways looked it up on the Internet. Theres no phone number.

All I want is the start the weight loss program I purchased but can’t and no one will call me or email me back
I have tried numerous times on your website to pick the medication and do all the paperwork and submit my voucher number and it will not take it. I have sent emails and no one has replied back.
