Foosball Table Headache
- Ordering took long, calls weren weren’t returned, and no invoice was issued.
- Two weeks past due, table out of stock and curbside delivery was offered.
I ordered a foosball table from BMI gaming. That process took long enough. They're bad at returning calls, and I never received an invoice. If we're spending over $1000 on a foosball table, I would think the service would be better.
Two weeks after it was supposed to be delivered to the destination they call stating that the foosball table is no longer in stock and claim no responsibility for this. I ordered it over a month ago!
They could only offer curbside delivery of an item of the same price. The rest of the foosball tables weren't as nice.
