Scam and ripped off for $9 thousand dollars.
- - Alleged scam by Tom Parker & Co and BMB Matrix; paid $9,995 for a turnkey site; eBay, Amazon, Shopify setups failed; refunds but not honored.
The company has not responded. I have not gotten my money back.
Back in May of this year 2024, I unfortunately fell for the scam to purchase this supposedly 100% turnkey drop shipping website business. As of October 2024, the business has not been set up and I requested to cancel the business and get my money back. BMB matrix sent me emails stating I would get a full refund in 60 to 90 days, that time has pass and no refund. The purchase of this business was to include for them to set me up an eBay store to sell high end luxury clothing store with 500 items to sell, they only set up about 120 items in the store, eBay ended up restricting my account because some of the items that they listed we considered to be counterfeit.
They were supposed to set up my Amazon store account which never happened, they kept telling me that they needed an approval letter from some clothing suppler to give to Amazon as proof to sell in my Amazon store. Due to the fact that Tom Parker had set up my Amazon store incorrectly, Amazon ended up restricting my store so I could not sell anything, so I ended up closing down my Amazon Store. Tom Parker was also supposed to set up my shopify store which they initially did, but this store ended up getting shut down due to shopify store policy violations. They never listed products on Facebook as they were supposed to do.
Tom Parker and Co is a complete fraud that took $9,000 of my money. I have made every effort to reach out to Tom Parker & Co and BMB Matrix.com to get my money back but they have now gone radio silent as I have now promised to file legal action against them.
When I demanded my money back, they wanted me to sign some bogus store closure agreement that said I would get some money back from them in maybe a year or so without even saying how much I would even get back.
The only thing that I get from them was a cheap looking website that was not fully functional, the website that they did build was obviously some cookie cutter website that you can build for a few hundred dollars the site has since been shut down. They had originally led me to believe that I would be getting a high-quality website and they even send me some examples of websites that they said they had built for other clients.

If I could give them a negative star review, I would because that's what they deserve. I signed up with this company in January 2024 and paid $10,000 for them to build and run an eBay store for me.
The store did not perform anywhere close to what they said it would. They signed an agreement to reimburse my money and then ghosted me.
I haven't been able to get in touch with anybody at the company since September 2024. Do not do business with this company!
