I booked two therapists weeks in advance to surprise my wife with a couples massage on Valentines Day. It was north of $600.

One of the therapists canceled 15 MINUTES before the booking -- ruining the surprise for my wife. Instead of being excited -- she CRIED out of disappointment.

I tried calling the "support" phone number and it hung up on me all 5 times I called.

DO NOT USE this service!!!

Booked a mobile acrylic fill-in-

I booked an acrylic fill-in for Saturday or Sunday between 1:30-2:30 & o hey were A NO SHOW!!! Im very upset bcoz Im in PT rehab & wanted my 2 month old nails to look good for thanksgiving!!!

I can't contact with Blys. I'm a pro and I did a massage to its client, but I can't receive the payment because they didn't answer emails nor phone.

Furthermore, I have not how to communicate with them to asking for my payment. Also, their app is confused, and I couldn't continue to mark the session like complete.

If you are a pro like me, I don't recommend you this app to work.

Resolved: Hacked by Blys. Need to cancel spam appts.
