Ordered 12/3/23. Said shipping UPS 3-5 business days.
Shipped from CHINA. Today is 1/2/2024 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered!

They are not trustworthy. Very misleading.
They tell you there out of Switzerland ship from China but package comes from New York. Don't answer questions and you have to Pay duty free to return

Verified ReviewerBad product, bad customer service and policies
My first two devices from this company were faulty. The company refused to give me a refund and would only agree to send a replacement for faulty devices.
The third replacement I never opened and asked to return.
I discovered the company doesnt cover return fees (return address is in Switzerland) and only refunds 30% for you to keep a device you dont even want and probably doesnt work.
Its a scam. Dont purchase this product!
