They dont answer the phone they dont respond to emails I have no idea whats going on I had an incident report on 8 October someone need to call me email me if not Ill be seeking a lawyer come Monday

No one has contacted me.and wrong name.i emailed to cancel my membership but nothing.its been a week since I submitted a request.plus I see a wrong name.

Their cancellation does not Exist or their phone number I havent talk to no one no one calls me back or emails me so I just canceled my card

After the owner apologized here on the message board I gave them one more try. I pulled up to the Carwash bluewave Rosenberg and the manager came out immediately and looked at my lexus with the personalized plate . He asked me : did we call yet the police on you ? I replied no. He let me sit for about 5-6 minutes at the entrance and upon washing the car the police was waiting for me at the exit. The police officer gave me a trespass warning. I cancelled my membership and will never return to bluewave. I am an officer and never ever anybody called the police on me. The owner said in his apology that the manager had to speak to the regional director. So this was the way the manager deals with customers. Screw bluewave Rosenberg
