Every time I ego to blue wave can wash any 7115 s, Padre island Brownsville tx theirs aways a car parked in the large handicap spot and I thinks employees .

- - Jemal threatened to beat me, telling me to get out of my car.
On may 3rd i was threatened to be beat up by their car wash employee JEMAL. I am a correctional officer.
And was off duty pulling in to their carwash. We were sitting in the right line which wasn’t moving for 5 minutes.
Left lane was moving and i said to Jemal” this sucks” he replied to me: i show you what suckers, get out of your car and I’ll beat you up. “ i told him that i am an officer and left to avoid more confrontation

- - Police waited at exit and issued a trespass; membership canceled and won't return.
After the owner apologized here on the message board I gave them one more try.
I pulled up to the Carwash bluewave Rosenberg and the manager came out immediately and looked at my lexus with the personalized plate . He asked me : did we call yet the police on you ?
I replied no.
He let me sit for about 5-6 minutes at the entrance and upon washing the car the police was waiting for me at the exit.
The police officer gave me a trespass warning.
I cancelled my membership and will never return to bluewave. I am an officer and never ever anybody called the police on me.
The owner said in his apology that the manager had to speak to the regional director.
So this was the way the manager deals with customers. Screw bluewave Rosenberg
