Oslo sofa - most uncomfortable sofa ever

Currently sitting on my Oslo sofa, which I purchased from Bluesuntree, asking myself 'would the wooden floor be more comfortable?' I mean there is essentially no back padding on the sofa (?!), the angle is all wrong and the seat cushions have the consistency of a granite slab. Oh did I mention that there are no arm rests? So I can't even lay done on this fine piece of craftsmanship. I bought a dozen pillows or so to try and make it bearable but the couches unearthly ability to remain uncomfortable persists. When I mentioned this to Bluesuntree and they told me that i was past the 30-day return policy so they couldnt help. So lame, don't buy this couch.

Very poor service

me and my husband went this morning to bluesuntree as we don't live far, it just felt like the seen from pretty woman when she goes into the shop as she is made to feel not worthy, well that happened to us this morning, we were in our dog walking clothes, yes we can look better, we had seen the sideboard online we wanted, we went there with the money in our pocket to go and order, we asked if it came as seen or flat packed, flat pack unfortunately, can't stand flatpack, it's not our fortes, after asking the girls a number of questions who merely couldn't be bothered to help, we then left as we did not want to give bluesuntree our business.

Poor customer service

Very poor service

The first chair I ordered arrived damaged. I contacted the company to inform them and was told they would get back in touch within two working days. When I hadnt heard back from them in 3 working days I chased the request and they finally responded. I arranged for them to pick up the damage chair, replace it and bring three additional ones on a specific day as I would need to take the day off work. 10 am on the day the delivery was arranged I was informed by the courier company that they would only be picking up not dropping off. I called to enquire what happened and had to call several times before anyone could help. During one of the phone calls when I expressed that I was frustrated with the lack serice and the fact that I had taken the day off the work the woman who answered told me I was rude and hung up on me. On the final call I was told yes they has messed up. I enquired as To what compensation they would be offering me for such poor service and was told they would get back to me. Which of course they haven't.

Review about Damaged Furniture Delivery

Very poor service. Received damaged product and customer service very unhelpful when I asked for refund. I don't get the impression they care. They are certainly not interested in anything other than taking the money - that's where you can expect efficiency :-(

Bought 8 chairs, 6 of them are broken after 1.5 years. No service...

Bought 8 Eames DSW chairs, but 6 of them have cracks after 1.5 years. Service department says two things: you are out of warranty and you can buy new tops. For me that sounds more as legal than as service. Would not recommend to anyone. Response of bluesuntree:Dear Matthjis, Thank you for your email. Our warranty is 12 months for orders placed for personal use. As your order is outside of the 12 month warranty we offer we would not be able to process this as a claim. Should you wish you can purchase new chair tops, these are £25.50 each. Should you wish to do so please let me know and I will pass you over to our sales team to assist you further.
