Another claim they have not paid is $1200, get the runaround, nothing gets resolved.
Original review posted by user Aug 06, 2015They make a mistake and pay me as out of network when the company is in network. They send me a letter acknowledging their mistake and ask me to send the money back, I do. Guess what, they never paid the company, left me with a customer responsiblity of $925.00. Whenever you call or write them, they play ***. It's like every time you call you get a different customer service rep, they never let you speak to the one you spoke to prior. They make you fax all the paperwork all over again. It goes nowhere. You end up having to get an external review or going to small claims court. BCBS today, terrible company.
