How to get a refund
Hi I came to one of your restaurants in Brixton on the 22nd of January for my grandsons birthday. Everything was fine great customer service our server was really welcoming and helpful food was good.
During the dinner I became really sick and my stomach was aching so badly I had to excuse myself to the bathroom. My husband asked the server for some sparkling water but that didn’t settle it. I was in so much pain and felt so sick I could barely sing happy birthday to my grandson. We paid and left because I couldn’t bare it any longer but on the way home I was actually sick and it got worse when I got home.
The worst thing about it was 5 others including the children started feeling unwell and getting diarrhoea and sickness. We we’re the only ones that had the blue cheese sauce or dressing! It was so bad my daughter and the kids couldn’t go to school the next day and my son was in agony at work and had to come home.
I was lucky I had the day off but it took a few days for us to Recover fully. I’m really disappointed as we paid a lot of money for that night but we couldn’t enjoy it.
