Wiring diagrams in operators manuals leave much to be desired. However tech on phone was fast and clear with trouble shooting instructions and helped me get everything straightened out.

Follow me issues on wired remote controller

Tech supports troubleshooting suggestions worked! I was asked to retrieve the serial number, which I tried to do so. But unit is installed in an attic of a very small lake house & I had no luck due to not being able to move around freely. We had this unit installed by a professional HVAC technician.

My major beef involves not the overall quality of the Blueridge Alpine heatpump. So far I have had no problems and it is fairly efficient. My major beef is their documentation. It's like they fell asleep at the wheel. Right down to the operation of the remote I've gotten emails and pamphlets that are for an older version. Currently, I do not have WiFi capability, built into the unit, because it's not clear whether Gree or Nethome+ is the required app. The setup process is clearly for an older unit and to date an updated method does not exist. Frustrating? You bet! BlueRidge!!! Get on the ball and update your docs before you sell another and create frustration that shouldn't occur!!!

Update: Problem was resolved. Together with a helpful tech from BlueRidge Alpine.

Not sure what exactly exasperated the WiFi connectivity but perhaps phone settings were contributive. My original comments regarding BlueRidge’s failure to stay current with documentation still holds true but the do have a first class tech support.

Cant maintain heat setting in manual mode

Unchanged in Auto Mode cant get heat above 65

If I set a heat setting , after a few hours it drops temp, and often frosts over every hour or two. Would auto mode help maintain the temp more accurately?
