As the owner of Blueray Home inspectors I would like to explain that the complaint did not originate from our customer but from the seller being frustrated about the inability to conclude the selling transaction. Our company and inspectors conducted several thousands of inspections over the past 10 years and have just as many satisfied customers. Our goal is not to scare our clients but educate them about their investment and sometimes it results in buyers walking away from the house, after all this is the entire point of an inspection to help buyers with their decision process.
