You have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Take my money, I guess you need it more than I do.

I like riding these bikes and for self-employment. And I can I can almost speculate that because some know I am liking the biking and I am making money with the biking.

Each time the company comes up with a different issue to lock my account and misinform me about the service. First your billing for the membership on the billing cycle day. Then it will be on the middle of any day to disrupt your good deeds. And then they do not know of why is locked.

Then it is because you got to make sure that your long term email is correct. If not it is because you not getting a code to your text email when you don't even have a text option to get emails. And finally they cant hear you on the phone.

Gross services. So now I get to sit around and watch around all the blabbing at their demand and be a looker at their request because me is their joke.

Unauthorized credit card charges

Rented 2 bikes for 45 minutes. Claimed one bike was not returned.

It was found 3 days later. Charged over $70 for the rental time and a $250 lost bike fee. Contacted me through an old email-not affiliated with my Credit card. Little discussion other than we wont reverse the charges.

When I asked them to call me I was told their phones dont have an outgoing line. Really?

Feels like a scam, but right now I have charges totaling over $325 for a 45 minute ride. Be careful!

Over charged my account

I was told that and their policy when you rent a all day bike you have the dock the bike every 2 hours according to the customer service agents and management team. I was unaware of that when I rented the bike and was overcharged $63 for a 24-hour pass versus 9 hours the time that I use the bike. I brought the bike back to them at 12:00 midnight it was overcharged $63 now they're saying I am unable to get a refund.

Bike stolen

I went to Boston Medical Center from Mass Ave Station and because I missed the last bus I decided to rent a bike and ride there. When I got to the Emergency Entrance I parked the bike at the sliding doors and went inside to drop off a night bag for my girlfriend.

When I came right back out the bike was gone.

I called to report it to your company the next morning. I shouldnt be charged for a full day because the bike was stolen.
