The bag had a slit in the leather I have been in the hospital when my wife ordered the bag. I need it replaced or I will file with the BBB.

Business Does Not Exist-Complete Internet Scam-Chinese Products
- - The Blue Wolf Store in Albuquerque sold a small plastic purse from China.
- - The site is reportedly non-existent; the reviewer plans to report to NM AG and FBI.
The feelings I have about this company and the money they stole from me makes me furious. I'm in the process of attempting to get my money back but this will likely never happen.
I will do everything possible to make it happen though because I do not get squashed like a little helpless bug by these internet thieves. I will hunt this and them down until my last resource is exhausted. This company, The Blue Wolf in Albuquerque NM, is non-existent. It's a front.
I believe several individuals (a family/brothers) operate this scam out of their home(s) in Albuq., NM. They don't advertise as The Blue Wolf online, in fact I am not sure what name it was that was online when I purchased a purse from their phony site. Once I received the imitation, plastic/vinyl/ piece of junk purse straight off the boat from China in the filthiest, smallest package I'd ever seen, taped down with so much tape it was insane. One look, and instantly I knew it wasn't a large, expensive, leather purse.
Thus began my adventure of attempting to return the purse to the phantom company The Blue Wolf Store which I didn't know was whom I bought the purse from. This info all came up on my cc statement. I Googled the company name and I at least found the company showed up with an address in Albuq., NM and a phone number. The phone number always had a busy signal no matter when you called.
There was an actual address as information showed, but it was to the:U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration,
2201 MENAUL BLVD NE, STE A, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87107. Yes, this was the address The Blue Wolf used when they registered with the New Mexico Secretary of State when they registered their business. What I discovered while investigating this fraudulent company was that there was another company somehow connected to The Blue Wolf.
That company was now in Albq., NM too; however it had been in Boston and it was a trucking company. Maybe that was why there was some connection to The Blue Wolf showing the Fed Mtr Carrier Safety Admin address as theirs; who knows? Still, I don't believe the federal government would appreciate the use of their address being used by this fraudulent company while their using the address to commit internet fraud. The Blue Wolf "website" which does not exist, although they report they have one and an email, it doesn't exist either or and Instagram they say they have.
They say they are on Facebook, and they are, but they show the same junky product that they scam sell people on the internet. Only a few pictures and there's no way to get any other info from their Facebook page. I found several other complaints from women that received junk, plastic purses just as I did. I'd attach them, but I'd likely run out of room in this complaint box.
The colossal disappointment was after reporting this sham of a company to the Attorney General of New Mexico, with more than enough evidence to investigate and put this company on blast and shut them down. I received a two sentenced letter from a flunky at the NM Atty Gen office saying they hadn't had enough complaints about The Blue Wolf Store to start an investigation. Were they kidding? I had been an investigator for the judicial system in my state for the probation department for years and I knew how to investigate companies and people and gather evidence better than anyone.
I gave the NM Atty Gen' office so much information and evidence they would have only had to verify details. And they did absolutely nothing. I'll now give all my evidence and complaint to the Atty Gen in my state. I've had responses from the Atty Gen in my state that are proactive, and he will definitely take action.
Plus, I know what other government entities to report this scheme, fraudulent internet scamming company to for results. The FBI has a department just for internet fraud, so my investigative evidence will go to them as well. I wish everyone that gets hit by scammers and schemers knew to use all the government agencies that are out there to help them and stop the crooks. It won't stop all of them, but it will put a kink in some of the thievery that continues to grow and grow.
Thank you for your site and for giving me the opportunity to put the name of this horrible company out where others can see it.
I attached a photo of the lovely purse I was attempting to purchase online. It was just a simple purchase of a beautiful, big, leather purse. But the sleazeball at The Blue Wolf did a bait and switch. The purse I received is identical in looks only.
The purse I received is so small it could fit inside the purse in the picture (see below). The purse I received is a smelly, hard, plastic/vinyl knockoff purse made in China. It was likely made by little children who are used like slaves, work their tiny little fingers to the bone, are fed nothing and work and work and work for hours with no rest and very, very little pay. Then, if they get to go home or have a home that tiny amount of pay has to keep their family fed and alive.
Makes me sick and I'm so mad. I want these idiots caught and charged with all the internet crimes they can be charged for and spend time in prison. BELOW IS INFORMATION I FOUND ON THE NAME OF THE OTHER COMPANY CONNECTED WITH THE BLUE WOLF STORE
