Bluewave does not cancel memberships without a fight!

Be very careful if you ever try to cancel your monthly service with Bluewave. They will tell you that it is canceled but will continue to charge your credit card. Customer service is impossible to contact, as they either answer and then hang up on you or the call goes right to a recorded message to leave your name and number, but they NEVER call you back! Company must be having financial difficulties if they can't afford to stop charging for a service they are no longer providing. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Before the wash my front bumper was intact properly, after washing, the side part of it was broken off of the car and loosened.

Did they ever reply to your complaint? The same thing happen to me! Of course, they are refusing to pay or take any responsibility for it.

I have gone to bluewave several times and today they tell me tires are to wide. If that’s the case post a sign that you don’t service people with wide tires or better yet shut down the operation. That’s discrimination against people with wide tires.

Ripped a piece of trim off from my truck

Blue Wave Car Wash - Ripped a piece of trim off from my truck
Went through the car wash and when I got out of the car wash I notice a piece of trim had been ripped off .I did it just as the manager fill out an incident report and white 48 hours for him to review the situation. He did not call me I had to call him and when he told me to get the estimates I got the estimates when I told him the price he rejected my claim and his supervisor rejected it too.Direction for the rejection is because my vehicle was older and nobody else's vehicle got damaged that day

Car damaged by automatic car wash station

This Friday Aug 21 2015 something hit my Jeep on the right side very badly while going thru the Blue Wave car wash station and I heard a strong noise. When done, I parked, asked for the manager and a worker named John give me back my all-twisted and broken antenna, he took pictures of my damaged right back tire, left and right doors, and the area where the antenna was located. I completed an Incident report and asked John to give me a copy. He gave me also the business card of the manager: Jose Alvarado (281)955-**** txho01@***.com I drove carefully 1.3 miles to my home and the car was swinging, I stopped right back tire was loosing air. I replace it with the spare tire, I called the next day Jose Alvarado, and said they may review the video to give me an answer. I asked for his manager and he gave me his phone: Alvaro Rodriguez (281)740-****. I called Alvaro on Saturday and he said he would review the video. Monday Alvaro Rodriguez called me telling me that the car wash is not liable, and that is the user's risk to use the car wash station under my own risk. He refused to give me a written response by denied any responsibility. Yesterday I took the flat tire to Discount tires, and told me the tire was totally lost, I had to purchase 2 new tires.

Before you enter wash numerous signs say antenna down....if your antenna is not electric then unscrew it......come on it is not rocket science. ....wash is not liable for damage cause by the antenna to your vehicle you did not remove..everyone always wants to blame someone else for their mistakes.....that is want this country is coming....not like the old days where you just sucked it up...and lesson learned

Scratched up new BMW-refuse to fix!

New BMW, paper tags, ran it through the car wash only to get scratches all over it. refused refund, refused repair, they didn't care one bit, just said if you want to take further action, go ahead. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! theft of services is what this sounds like, pay for a service, you get the exact opposite, refused a refund, then stick you with a repair bill. How can a company operate like this and get away with it? They actually have signs that explain THEY are responsible for damages, then tell us to bad, so sad. SAD IS POOR, UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

yeah, we reread those signs, we read for a living. We thought it was awesome that they would actually assume responsibility for faulty workmanship, I mean geez, I assumed responsibility in my shops.

As for a "BMW", a car is a car, who cares what it is, I was making a point.

When you're near the coast, and you have to deal with wind, sand, and sea spray, you wash your car often, you would think a business dedicated to cleaning cars would actually be good at it. The manager explained he was washing cars since the 80's......maybe he should've finished High School.

This place scratches old and new vehicles, just like the idiots who run the company..damage but don't repair, thank goodness for winning lawsuits though, more than another damaging carwash is always better!!!

Courtnie Vei

You'd better reread those signs. I've never seen a carwash or any business for that matter, post a sign claiming responsibility.

Usually the opposite.

But really, you ran a new BMW through an automated car wash? Not too smart.

Stold my ipod while i was getting a car wash

i went to blue wave car wash yesterday on 05-06-08, on my lunch break. i got the basic wash, for 20 some dollars. there is a coffee shop next to the car wash so i decided to grab a coffee for a minute and waited. when i got my car back, the first thing i went to look for was my ipod. i didn't even get in my car, and i noticed my ipod was missing. i was 100% sure i had it cause i hid it too. so i went to tell the manager that my ipod was missing and thats were it all starts. he told me no body touch my ipod without even looking at me , he told me no body steels at blue wave car wash, he kept calling me mama or mami or sexy mami, he got in my face and screamed at me. he was a Spanish older guy , i am 20 years old and tiny, and for a guy to scream at me like that hurts my feelings. i asked him to search the guy who was cleaning " empty"my car . he refused i asked him i want my ipod back and he ignored me and left . i asked him for the owners number , he ignored me and said that i was sleep walking and that i am illusionary. he didn't offer me nothing . i left crying, and mad, and on top of that it was the worst car wash i have ever got. this is not right . there is a lot of complaints for this place. this place should close down. please i am begging u guys to do something about this . ill probably never get my ipod back or my money for it "$ 200", but i want to let everybody know how easily they steel and they all back each other up. he curses at me in front of everybody.
