Negative comments not my thing every review I have left google history are positive.

However, since the beginning almost 2 years supposedly issue was I needed new routers 3xs different times .

Just this passed last week into this week I had no internet, service drop every day multiple times, business calls drop, & or are so slow communicating is impossible.

5 no show appointments

Past 4 days Ive had to call 11-13 different times for non working WiFi ABSURD! I have pictures of my upload & download speeds.

upload 29.84 download 38.66 was the high tested again upload was 13.43 download 55 with a ping of 51. Ping should average 4-8 my cable speeds are more volatile than the stock market. I had a service call show up the guy changed 2 splitters which has done NOTHING.

Daughter cant do homework, I can not work , major loss in revenue, bills/My rent late for the first time ever an extra 800.

I work from home and Im supposed to pay 112$ a month for constant non working WiFi service . Top it off I have no choice in the matter upper management has a contract with blue stream.

& that leaves the entire complex forced to use blue stream Monopoly they make money off the contract & every account signed up. obvious why Im forced to pay for a service that cannot provide adequate service. And yet again my internet just completely dropped again .

I am not the only one who has experienced the constant interruption many group chats online forums wondering why they have no internet Facepalm I am at a loss & will have to take further measures rent has to be paid blue stream wants their money regardless of the situation, amount of hours, days, & weeks, I have been spending trying to get WIFI. Beyond frustrating beyond an inconvenience.

I am somehow responsible for their lack of service & financial losses.

Something has to be rectified or my business goes out of business & no joke My daughter & myself will be homeless. I never thought I would have to say this.

Preferred solution: a consistent Wi-Fi service, thousands of dollars that I can prove that I’ve lost. financial reconciliation and a resolve to the ongoing issue.
