Blue Star Realty And Management Services Manager Review from Miami, Florida

The Maintenance Manager- Melissa Osorno, has very poor customer service skills and should not be working for the company. She was rude and interrupted me. Refused to listen to my point of view and she got loud with me. I was completely shocked at her service and non tact towards the customer. I tried to speak to Lila Rodriguez, another person within the company in regards to Melissa's attitude, and she did not care either. It is very sad to see this now a days. I am sure I am not the only one that has gone through this. I am a very upset client and will NOT be renewing my contract next year because of her.
