The agent treaded us like dirt once we had the policy

- - They switched to an Albuquerque independent agent and to Travelers and will not renew.
Our insurance agent, Sheryl Lytle, Agent #130**** treaded us like dirt. We were insured you her sister in Rio Rancho, NM and for some reason she was mad at her sister or something. She called us up and treaded us as if we had done something wrong when we purchased the auto insurance through her sister.
We've gone with another independent agent in Albuquerque, NM and even changed over to Traveler's because of the bad taste we have from your agnet.
We do not what went on between the primary agent and her sister, nor do we want to know. We just feel we were missed treated. We are not renewing the policy and will be talking to other people about how badly we were treated. Also, please stop sending us renewals.
