As others have reviewed, overcharging on repairs. The service manager seems to be earning on commission not only on the amount of your service bill but also on sales. He pushes customers to 'trade in' and buy off their floor inventory as if he is doing them a favor. Service is backed up and slow. I witnessed a tech blowing out an air filter. You are libel to weaken the paper element and allow dirt to pass thru it into the engine. One tech was running around scared. No telling how many shortcuts they are taking. While waiting around, I looked at a motocross bike and the salesman remarked with sarcastic disbelief "Is that for you?" Now I'm a bit stout but I could run circles around that fool on any dirt or street bike on any day of the week. The owner seems frozen in time and unwilling to deal with all of the dealership's problems (high turnover of employees, long service backups, sketchy work, insulting salesmen, overcharging on service repairs) but he would love to take your money lol.
