Did not fix the problem and no satisfaction

Blue Ridge Mazda in Lee's Summit, Missouri told me that the rough shifting on my Mazda 626 was due to bad motor mounts and if I paid them $1,152 to replace teh 5 motor mounts the problem would be fixed. No upfront mention of potential transmission failure. I got the motor mounts replaced but the problem still exists. Now they are telling me the problem with the rough shifting is transmission failure. My car is 11 years old with 171K miles. No way would I have replaced the motor mounts if they had told me there was a chance it was a transmission issue and now they refuse to give me any of my money back or even work with me to get the real problem addressed. Stay away from the service department at Blue Ridge Mazda.
