Refused to honor warranty: Blue Ribbon Home Warranty, Inc. Denver CO
- - Blue Ribbon Home warranty for appliances; fridge leaks, coverage refused; we paid for the part and the service call; do not use this company.
We bought a house that had brand new stainless steel appliances. With the house purchase we received a Blue Ribbon Home warranty that is supposed to cover the appliances.
The refrigerator leaks all over the floor. Called Blue Ribbon Warranty Inc. out of Denver Colorado, they sent out a repairman. Blue Ribbon refused to cover the part or the service call!!!
This is a *** warranty company and I suggest that you do not use this company. We had to pay for the part and then pay for the service call. Blue Ribbon covered nothing!!!!!
