Poor tile backsplash installation

Had tile backsplash installed by company. Paid for the tile and grout. Cost just for installation was$2000. Poor service uneven tile lines grout all over the cabinets and left trash and tile dust all over my kitchen. Came back to fix mistakes still not fixed. Owner came out and was uncooperative said tile grout choice was too dark and the grout lines were acceptable but did see a few mistakes. Ask for 1/2 my money back but refused. I would never recommend this company located in fluvanna va. Poor work and no customer service. I had to have all tile taken off and replaced. At a cost of $3000. The owner couldnt care less about me as a customer. I have many photos if anyone would like to see them User's recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend
