New OS for the current PC is Windows 10 Pro
Wanted to clarify I went from a Windows 10 machine to Windows 11 machine. Noticed I forgot to add that detail. I suspect there is something different with the software support for the older Yeti microphones but could not find anything official from the Blue Microphone company.
It has been several years since I first bought the Blue Yeti, and when I installed it and made sure the USB type matched the new system, the device was not recognized. I even installed Blue Sherpa, and even when I unplugged and plugged it back in, it still refused to recognize.
It is unclear from what I found online whether older Blue Yeti microphones are no longer compatible. Are there any fixes for this other than buying a new microphone?

Preferred solution: Clarification about what are options for fixing the microphone since it appears to be still in good condition.
Company is now logitec and they outsource customer service
Trying to explain that the problem I have does not fall into a neat category and i needed to speak to a service technician was an arduous task. The person kept asking me which product that I have.
After I relented and told them he did not understand what my product was. The rep told me they no longer supported the stage one bottle rocket in any form. I didn't believe them and I called back and got another agent who assured me that they did.
I asked to speak with someone to verify because I had two conflicting reports. I was then told they needed to escalate my claim (which I did not have) I feel like I have wasted an hour of my life that I will never get back.

Hi, I'm emailing to ask about a warranty repair for a Blue Yeti microphone. The plugin port seems to be bent out of shape so it is not powering on when plugged in.
I wanted to see if the warranty is still active and if the part was an easy fix or not. I don't have the box or receipt but I can send the numbers if need be.
Everyone worked good for about the first 6 months of all the 3 blue yetis ive had but theyve all broke through the same reason, where you plug it in breaks everytime then when i call no answer 3 times
My blue yeti says its on wires plugged in and red flashing light and still red light is on i can hear my self on the mic but no connection to the computer and this has happened 3 times and i have called blue yetis supprt 3 times and no answer terrible service

Preferred solution: For the 3rd im going to have to travel 3 busses and go to currys to get it fixed its a joke to the blue yeti support not to answer

My blue yeti mic was working for about a week and a half then all of a sudden they start coming on first sign of the light blinking often on wire wobbly and then once I touch the wire, it will cut off and hold it a certain side. It will turn on, then it just stopped turning on.

My microphone randomly started drawing too much power and then stopped working entirely. No change to my system, it just stopped working one day.
I contacted Yeti multiple times to try and get repairs, but was completely ignored.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service to the point I will never buy a product again and advise everyone against it. Customer support is so important, and when the product completely failed within warranty, help was nowhere to be seen.
I was forced to buy another microphone due to lack of support. :(

Preferred solution: I would like to have the warranty honored... either repair or replace the product. I have already been without it for months and am out $300 from having to purchase a different microphone.

Recently I have ordered Yeti microphone form amazon.in. The Product got damaged as within 1 month the scerw-threads of mike not working as it is not capable to hold the mike.

My name is Hailey, I am an ASMR Content Creator located in Southwest Florida. I have been using your product for about 2-3 months brand new and gained a huge amount of followers during that span using your microphones.
Unfortunately, out of nowhere, my microphone has stopped functioning. I went to Best Buy to see if they could fix it on their end. Unfortunately, they don't even know why it stopped working after 2 hours of being looked at/tested.
I personally have helped sell your products through word of mouth on my live streams with thousands of viewers and my Amazon Storefront. I look forward to hearing back from your team to resolve this issue.
