My first prescription filled.

My first prescription was over $1100.00! I told the lady not to mail it! I am calling to cancel all !

User's recommendation: Please beware! I read serious reviews prior to changing to BC of NM! Now I should have have never got their insurance!

Horrible. Awful. Terrible. I HATE BCBS NM.

They can't get their systems to communicate well with BeWellNM. Their agents can't answer questions or get me to anyone who can help. I've spent 6+ hours over 3 days on a brand new policy in two weeks. This effort just to get BONKERS paperwork in the mail that retroactively cancelled my policy from LAST YEAR and I'm now getting freaking BILLS asking for the money back that BCBS was supposed to pay to my providers. This. Insurance. Company. SUCKS. I only wish I could express my vitriolic RAGE to someone there who could do something about it. I. HATE. BCBS. HATE THEM. HATE THEM. HATE THEM. HATE THEM. HATE THEM.

Alarmingly poor customer service agents

After years and years of receiving bad customer service from anything from phone companies to health insurance, I must say that BCBSNM has the worst "customer service" that I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Don't bother trying to get someone else to help once you realize the agent on the line is unable to understand because of the poor training they receive. There are no supervisors available, presumably because they are dealing with SO many other people unhappy with their service.

User's recommendation: I never thought I would recommend Presbyterian but they could no way be worse than this BCBSNM.

The worse of transportation and telephone support. Three times in the past two weeks I was not picked up until I made a complaint.
