Verified Reviewer"All orders are FINAL MATE" no refunds bro, that's the way it's done here in the AU
An order was mistakenly placed by a family member after asked to merely place it in the cart for review before purchase. Sent a request to cancel the order 6 minutes after it was placed, and over 7 hours before shipping confirmation.
Yet their response was "Sorry mate, we have a hidden term and condition 63 stating all orders are FINAL". Not letting a customer cancel an order immediately after it's placed is a reflection of terrible customer service that are using a predatory practice to make a quick buck.
Oh yeah and their excuse is that the order has already been shipped, which is absurd since no company on the planet ships within minutes of ordering, that's nonsense to avoid giving a refund.
Then they concluded with "Sorry to hear you disagree with our policies and we cannot provide an answer to your satisfaction on this occasion."
So customers beware and know that your dealing with a company that'll do anything to squeeze a few bucks out of customers.

Dishonest company Thieves
THIEVES! You can't get your money back from them.
If you don't have a physical store to try your products and you sell glasses you can't make it impossible to return them.
We all are different: shapes, sizes and likes. What is good on the picture doesn't always look the same in real LIFE.
FOR OVER A YEAR I'M TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK WITH ZERO LUCK.
BluBlox refuses to give me a refund because I purchased them whilst they were on sale.
I get it's in your terms and conditions, but who checks it when buying something online. IF YOU ARE SO STRICT WITH YOUR RETURN POLICY AND YOU ARE AN HONEST company, you would have stated that in the product description upfront.
PLUS the glasses are way too overpriced and uncomfortable
Very rude customer service
Contacted USPS on shipping status and was told they couldn't find the item and reach out to my bank about potential fraud. Contacted blublox before doing this and their customer service team said the following "You have chosen 7-12 business day shipping and your item has been in transit for 5 business days, so why would you do a charge back.
You will be wasting your time and ours. Be patient, your order is on route and dont commit fraud with your bank"

What is blublox physical address in Perth
Id like to attend the Blublox company in person re the clipons that they had sent me. As the clipons don't cover the whole of my glasses.
Blublox kept saying that they do. Im not looking for a refund as yet but if this is not sorted out I certainly will

clipons sent DO NOT fully cover the lenses of my glasses. As a result I'd like to either exchange them or refund my money. Simples

Mugged off faulty blue blocking glasses
Bought blue blocking multi lens glasses, everything is banana shaped and warped, they told me to see my opticians as Blublox can't help and told to buy another pair. Total rip this company are very expensive and will not help with any issues they just want your money then you can go to ***
