I work at Portillos the one on Dempster in niles I called in sick on Monday and the schedule manager was rude he gave me an attitude ! It’s not my fault that I got sick on Monday !
And he won’t give me my 2 days that I’m asking for I want to work there Monday and Thursday from 11am to 3 pm and I should not come to work coughing and sneezing and spitting up mucus ! I was nice and respectful to him: I know that a new gm started here but he should not take it out on me! I’m really upset that this happened! I feel like things at Portillo’s are going down hill!
Drama at work! And I don’t want to get fired!!!
I have not been there even a year yet! Help me!!!

I ordered three “Foxcroft” blouses as they have the reputation of being truly wrinkle free quality garments. I have several that were bought at local shops and the three from Drapers & Damons ARE NOT WRINKLE FREE!
I have lightly washed in gentle cycle with cool water and light tumble in cool/warm temp and STILL show the packaging wrinkles. The fabric does not have the “feel” of a true Foxcroft material. So then I decide to use my clothing steamer on the blouse. And wrinkles are still present but slightly better.
Also sizing has run small. HOW CAN A COMPANY GET BY WITH THIS DECEIT? Surely the REAL Foxcroft company would do something about this. I’m sending them back.
Thank goodness I only opened one of the blouses.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed I get prompt service and timely refund. 6/14/19.

The obviously want to make the consumer give up rather than return for a refund. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I ordered a top off of the website that looked super cute. The top that arrived is hideously ugly and dreadful material.
I have tried the process of returning but their website is ridiculous. I know I will be less stressful if I just accept that I will eat the $40.00 I paid for it. I thought about giving the top to someone, but I really don't have anyone I dislike that much!! Anita

I have returned the two items that I bought recently. I have not been able to send the tracking # because they won't let me through.
I am afraid that I will not be able to get the tracking # to them before my 30 days are up.

Purchased two blouses which ran very small and the material was very thin. Trying to return these two products but having issues with website.
It does not keep me signed in, Finally got to the point of getting return labels but it will now allow me to save the labels so I can print them from another printer. Frustrating, to say the least. I wont use this site again.
Lesson learned..... the hard way.
