Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They refunded the annual subscription charge and explained how it happened. I couldn't find a way to contact them anywhere so using this forum was the only method I found.
I canceled my account last year after I was double charged. Somehow I have a mystery account that I can't log into, and I can't cancel.
When I downloaded the app again, I can't get past the pay screen to even try to recover any account info.
Now I was just charged yet again. There is no evidence I can find that my account exists anywhere outside of the charges I can't seem to get rid of.
