I need to know if the service package is transferrable when I sell my home this year. I have a yearly maintenance agreement with you .

I need to find out if my maintenance agreement on my propane stove is transferrable and you can't even leave a message. I'm old and your making it quite difficult to fill this out.

Told would be out today still nothing

My dad went to travelers rest office at 8 am cause no heat another call at 1 was told would be out today to fill its7:00 pm still Noone no heat call office everything automated said I was 30 in cue held and held its 25 degrees out snowing my dad 80 and pace maker health problems no concern this isn't the first time since this place took over been a nightmare I will be checking tomorrow with other company's to be changed I've had enough and everyone I've talked to feels the same sad customer service worst ever

Frustration with online Request for Tank Fill

I tried multiple times last week to request a tank fill--my tank was at 18%, didn't seem to be an emergency. I never got any confirmation.

Tried again. Still nothing. Monday I decided to call to see if that had gone through. It hadn't.

Was told my route day was Thursday (never knew that) and to get a fill before Thur would cost me $150, but she said at 14% (yesterday), I should be fine. I turned my thermostat down to 62, and turned off my gas log pilot in an effort to conserve till Thursday. This morning its at 8% and I get the pamphlet from Stuart Weidie with Propane Safety info that clearly states DO NOT RUN OUT OF GAS an explosion may occur.

So I call back and am again told it will be $150 to come before Thursday despite my attempts last week to request a fill.

If the online request doesn't work, maybe don't have it listed. And knowing my only fill day is Thursday should have been communicated.

Refusal to bring gas

I have a daughter who is a customer of Blossom in Newton Ms. Yesterday the gas ran out at there home and they are needing to purchase gas but the representative said that they can not bring any gas until Wednesday on the 21st.

She has a 2 month old baby and the weather is very cold and will get colder as the week progresses is there anyway they can get gas today? my number is 601 480 **** her number is 601 745-**** her name is Desiree Reed the property address is 547 Lawrence Bethel Road newton, Ms 39345.
