Unfair practises
1-800-Flowers, although is a member of service has been treating other members miserably, overcharging customers, sending out orders to member florist for ridiculously underpriced, keeping delivery charge for themselves, cancelling delivered orders, overcharging customers. Most of wire services do similar things, but 1-800 is far the worst.
They will not change these practices until some members accept their nastiness and keep delivering for them.Very sad!

Received flowers a day later and the delivery guy left them in the Sun and didnt even bother to knock. Oh, and no information of who sent them.
If I hadnt talked to my daughter on my birthday I still wouldnt know.
Called Albertsons florist and informed delivery is through door dash so they arent responsible and bloomer told them they could deliver a day late.
Called bloomnet and was told by Marleen that they werent responsible they were only the middlemen.
They handle orders for 800flowers, uflowers, blossomflowers, avisflowers, etc.
Have to call my daughter to find out she ordered from sendflowers.Com. Calling them now but told her in future to only order direct from florist or Amazon.

Botched delivery
The flowers were delivered and placed in an unused carton from milk deliveries on Christmas Eve. They were discovered a few days ago when for some reason it was opened.
Cost should be returned to buyer with a sincere apology. They werent even thanked for.
