Placed an order for Mother's Day and then was notified that, due to being busy, the order would be late. To make it worse, the order still hadn't been delivered 6 days after Mother's Day. Will never use again.

DonOrders flowers online 5 days ago, have been emailing them so I can proceed with payment. Both the email addresses keep returning my emails.
They have my order number and should have contacted me by now as delivery is due tmrw Friday!
No problem in Australia or New Zealand with Bloomex but dont know whats going on in UK. (Sorry friend Ill order from another company.)

Poor customer service
Order was due for delivery on 30 September. Received an email on 30 September staying unable to deliver, please confirm address.
Address was confirmed, which was correct.
After, wasting many futile hours online chat was informed on 6 October that the flowers had been delivered 30 September at 2pm. Caused a lot of stress and anxiety.

overall it was good package and the price was not too high either. so i am pleased with the service they have provided. I must admit that i got them wrong in the begining as i thought the parcel was not delivered but it was delivered but not found by the recipient. Thanks for providing good quality serivce.
I will use them again if i have to in future and would recommend to a friend as well.

Worst flowers & disgusting customer service!
I bought a Christmas arrangement from the Sydney Australia branch, for my mum. It arrived upside down in the box, flowers scattered all over the bottom of the box & most of them half dead!
The arrangement was smaller, than the deluxe one I paid for with no ribbons nor pine cones & the chocolate hamper was not all Lint, that the pictured. Complained to the company & they didn't comment on the quality but just said they would refund the price difference between the standard & deluxe size! Never once offered to refund delivery cost!
Disgusting customer service disgusting attitude toward customers pathetic thieves! Never again!

Costly and frustrating
I have ordered successfully with Bloomex before, so I don't know what's happened to them. I ordered flower's for Mother's Day, paying the high extra charge for delivery that day.
NO FLOWERS ARRIVED. I contacted them the following day and they told me a manager would contact me. 2 days later I received an automatic email saying they were busy and would get back to me. 3 days following that, I received an email saying my flowers had been delivered on Mother's Day.
Somehow they went back in time to rectify the mistake?
Now I'm waiting again for a Manager to contact me, to demand a refund.. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Sent what I thought was a beautiful Christmas table decoration for our daughter and son-in-law! What arrived was a shambles of dead flowers and mostly greenery, OUR DAUGHTER WAS SO UPSET!
It was so horrible she didn't want to tell us! I didn't want a replacement, not after seeing what arrived in the first place, and anyway it was for a special occasion (Christmas day) just my money back. I asked for my money back, which was denied, horrible people to deal with, they are not interested! Wouldn't respond to the Ombudsman!!
NEVER NEVER EVER USE BLOOMEX.
They should be shut down! Please warn others.

Bloomex Flowers - Arrangement Review
This company is disgusting, I ordered flowers, Chocolates and wine for my mums Christmas. I live in the U.K.
And wanted to treat my mum. Should have been delivered on the 23rd. Nothing arrived and I called and web chatted to two different people. No apology just told they would investigate.
Today my mum found wine and biscuits on the door step. No one had the decency to ring the bell! Not the type of wine I ordered, no chocolates and NO flowers. I have sent 3 emails to wecare email which clearly they do not as they are rude, arrogant and the list could go on but chose to ignore emails.
I am so angry and will call them this evening again from the uk, I must laugh at the irony that a company called bloomex delivers without the bloody flowers. I will never use them again.
Bloomex Flowers - Delivery Service Review
My order was ordered in Scotland for my daughter in Sydney at the beiginning of December. The order was confirmed as correct and passed and all requested noted and all seemed on course.
Flowers and a bottle of wine. The order was not delivered on the day and I was not notified. The second delivery was arranged and did not happen. The 3rd delivery about 2 weeks later was not complete.
No wine and half dead flowers. I have been in dispute since. Had agreed to refund wine, that they never delivered asked for photographic evidence in January so by luck my daughter had it. We sent this, still showing patience after so much disappointment.
Bloomex refuse to refund money for flowers. My daughter also called and the customer service person who put the phone down when she asked him to repeat her number in order for a manager to call her.
She was told no manager was available and phone put down. Really not acceptable, do not use them.
Bloomex Gourmet Gift Basket
Having researched this company following complete dissatisfaction with products and delivery timelines, I wish to add to the 160 complaints on this site and 900+ elsewhere. Firstly, the website pictures are for 'illustration only' .
The item descriptions are 'possibilities' rather than actual items and 'gourmet' is an adjective that has no agreeable definition.
I find their email contact address ( wecare@***.com) ironic & can only say that integrity the operations manager, Ms Caroline Young, is a good fit for the company as she was untruthful and deceptive following investigation from the office of fair trading following my complaint. I am hopeful that VISA will no longer enable them to take payment for such deception and hope that others do not suffer embarrassment and pain following their order.
