Expected phone call from audiologist who visited me on 09/1/2024 regarding performance of faulty left aid microphone.
I was advised that the microphone in my left hearing aid was faulty . I was asked to try out the adjustments made to my aid .
Also told that I would receive a phone call after one week from the audiologist who visited. No phone call has been received.

Preferred solution: Phone call from visiting audiologist.
