Horrible account recovery methods
I am a student who switched schools and my old school email got disabled by the school district. I contacted Blooket for help and they said I needed to verify the username of the account, it has been a year since the account was active, and I had no idea what it was.
They said the only other way to verify that it is my account is by confirming the name of a set. Nobody would remember their set names from a year ago. I offered to verify by telling them the 5 most commonly used books in order because for whatever reason I know that but not my name. They said that they could not verify that the account was mine based on the 5 most commonly used books in order, but it was true in that order.
I'm pissed because I had three Chromas and 7 Legendary blooks along with 5 completed sets of blooks on the account. Overall great game, but the verification methods need some work.
Preferred solution: my account password

Hey, blooket team I just want to fix this issue so that it will never happen again, and I also just want to know why this account got banned even though I didn't use hacks, didn't do inappropriate behavior and cyberbullying. And can I have your phone number, so that I can call you anytime if there is a problem?
And I think you banned me by mistake! And my username is now Pinkoo99 instead of Pinkoo09 and my email is pana948@***.dvusd.org.

My issue is not resolved yet and blooket has not responded to my messages!
