Blodgett oven not getting hot and smell gas

I work on a couple of restaurants and 1 of the owners asked me to look at the Blodgett double oven, he said that the top one was not getting hot and that he could smell gas. I have pictures of the double oven and pictures of both s.n. the s.n. off of this one is; O884R890****, If you send me your email address I can send you a picture of the double oven and both s.n. I was just wondering what to look at 1st, the pilot assembly or the burner? I looked online for a manual but didn't see any like these with all metal doors.
