Verified ReviewerI didn't get my complete order - and fixing the mistake was not a priority
- Ordered 10,000 postcards; 100 short, causing shipping delays.
- Promised Thursday print and Friday ship; time-zone confusion and courtesy denial.
I ordered 10,000 postcards for a mail campaign. I was 100 short.
When I contacted them Wednesday morning in California by 8:45 I was told it would be fixed and all was well.
4:45pm I asked about shipping information. I was told they would print on Thursday and ship Friday.
I was confused as to why it was so late I was told that I didn't contact them before 9 (must have been their time) and so it would be next day.
The customer service agent was patronizing and telling me it wasn't a click and print operation and other lines.
The customer service was great before that.
But there were shipping delays and trying to get all the details for that as they came freight to my house so FedEx bounced my order around.
But I was 100 short and while on the chat with the patronizing I told him it was awful that it not a priority and that I regretted recommending them.
I later received an email that they would not print my order because it was a courtesy. It was not my clients had ordered to have them shipped and paid for the shipping of them because I said it was awful of them and regretted recommending them.
- Good quality
- Customer service
Preferred solution: Price reduction
User's recommendation: Avoid having to deal with their customer service
