I only been playing this game for one day for a few hours and must have spent $60 to get my money faster, taxes and something else I had to pay. My wait time went all the way down to 49. Unfortunately, the time does not go down until you continue to pay $4.99 and then it goes down one digit at a time

This is a game my granddaughter plays! They have been taking $2.12 a week out of my account since July 2022!
I have contacted google, but it's only automated, and I can't speak to anyone! The automated told me to email google support and I did that but still no response, and it kept telling me to log into my account (I don't have that phone anymore) but I did download it, and it won't allow me to access my account at all!
Now I am forced to cancel my Credit Card that I have had for years! I would've been canceled the card, but I needed it to pay bills!
