RUN FAR FAR AWAY DISHONEST TERRIBLE SERVICE
They charged me 250 2years after install to fix a crooked gate door and a leaning post. That gate door blew off in a wind storm because they only installed 1 drop rod, and the leaning gate is leaning again.
After it took them 4 months and endless emails and phone calls to fix the gate door I decided to csll someone else. Needless to say the fence is leaning because the post is on top of the ground not in the ground 3ft deep, in 3 different spots and the entire fence is not screwed to any posts whatsoever. I will also be going to court. 8000.
Initial insatall, 250 to "fix" the crooked door and leaning post, 950 to "fix" the gate door that blew off and now im paying someone else to actually fix my fence. RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!
Horrible
they ripped us off and charged us 21000 for a new fence it is ridiculous
Would not recommend
Two years ago I hired Blizzard Fence to install two tone (tan/white) PVC fence in three quarters of my backyard. This year I had hedges removed from the fourth side and hired Blizzard to install the remaining quarter.
Friday, June 17 was install day after waiting three weeks. The day began with two installers showing up an hour later than the promised time (11:00 when 10:00 was promised). When they started unloading the truck one of them (thankfully) asked me if I wanted a different fence installed. I said "no, why would I do that?" He had me come out to the truck to see the materials they brought. Turns out the wrong fence was loaded on the truck for the job (tan/tan). So back to the yard he went and one of them stayed behind to, I think, dig post holes. When he finally returned with the correct fence, another 45 minutes later, they began work. All seemed fine until they had one more panel to install and the man who lives next door to me came over to the two of them and offered them each a beer! He should NOT have done that! and much to my surprise the installers took the beer opened the bottles and clanked them together with my neighbor!!! I had to ask them to hold off on drinking until after they completed my installation. They recapped the bottles (at least one of them did, the other moved behind my shed with his open beer bottle) and the one gave it back to my neighbor. When installing the final panel, they called me outside to show me that the corner post, which was already there from the previous fence install, was not level and that they were going to install another post next to it!! Who does that??? I said "no, that would look ridiculous." They realized that there was a piece of wood behind my post pushing on it and they were able to finish the install without installing another post (that would have looked terrible). Before I paid them, I noticed that they had opened the gate all the way back, which Tony had said is how the springs get broken. I pointed that out to them and that the gate was not closing on its own as it should and they said no problem they would put in a new spring. They asked me for a flat head screwdriver - which they did not have. I went in the house and got them the screwdriver. After a few minutes there was a knock on my door and they told me they were finished. They showed me how the gate now closes on its own, which it did, however, after they left I looked closer and saw that they had taken the spring out of the bottom hinge and left it lying on the ground! There was NO spring at all in the bottom hinge and that is how it remains. I was totally disappointed with this experience. I admit that I never watch people while they are doing work at my house, but these two I had to watch constantly! The beer was just too much. I called the office to report about the beer and the fact that they were having difficulty with the last panel and asked if a supervisor would come by and check the job and I was told by the woman (Donna, I believe) that, yes, Tony should stop by. She called Tony - who never came to my house and never even called me to speak to me about the entire situation. Instead, he called one of the workers. Tony NEVER spoke to me.
They got their money and apparently, that's it. Now I have a spring sitting on the ground where these workers left it when they supposedly fixed my gate - which obviously they did not.
To use the word disgusted might be a bit harsh in this situation, but I was upset. I have never experienced anything like this before and I hope I never do again. I certainly will be watching other workers if/when I have anything else done to my home.

Stay away!!!!!
I called they for an estimate because I did hired them before to install yard fence. The Blizzard representative did not showed up the scheduled date,he showed up the next day. When I addressed my problem with the fence that need to be fixed he just said he is not going to do it because I should hire a handyman instead because he will charge me $500 to replace a broken panel. So I said it does not make any sense and I thank him for coming....He just turned away and called me a f....nasty person.I really do not think that this is a professional customer service when someone is coming into my house and insult me that way. This is not how it suppose to be!
Preferred solution: apologies!
Blizzard Fence Gates Review
The company was to change my gates under warranty but when reinstalled they placed the latches at the wrong height. Instead of fixing it with the correct gates after comsumers was involved they ordered extra material to another customers job and tried to xhange my gate styles. Issue will be going to court
Abusive and disrespectful
after damaging my fence while working at my neighbors home both the management and tech from Blizzard fence were disrespectful and abusive. This is no longer the same firm founded by Anthony Prisco Sr.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK ! After failing to get my Neighbor to repair their damge, and only in response to a complaint lodged with the Better Business Bureau they made a repair in the dark of night without the courtesy of an apology. Tony Jr. and his Boy are driving the old mans business into the ground.
I can only repeat use at your own risk! do your own research Google Blizzard fence complaints before you even think of calling them
Took advantage of seniors with a bait and switch product
Beware of Joey and Tony from Blizzard Fence, Copiaque, NY. They showed us one type of fence material and installed a different one tellin g us this was the premium brand.
I found the same product(they left a label on one piece) in Lowes for half the money plus their installation is the worst ever !!! One rain storm and three sections fell down. I called their office and spoke to Lori who told us she handles customer service. It turned out that she is Tony's wife.
Tony called and yelled at us for upsetting her. At our seniors group we found several others who were taken for a ride and will spread the word.

With your superior knowledge of fence and gate construction, why did it take you 2 years and a natural catastrophe to suspect anything ? You are going to lose if you pursue this in small claims court and it will cost you more than $250 to do so.
