Issue with one of the Blizz inside Luxor

The first cashier was very unfriendly when speaking with us and one of the dollar bills she gave as change was damaged. However, she left to start processing the order.

Another cashier came near the register, so we showed her the damaged dollar bill and kindly asked if she could exchange it for another. She did not want to make the change until there was a cash order. We waited for a cash-paying customer and when a customer with cash came to pay their order, another worker arrived and they both started whispering as they opened the register. We again asked to exchange the bill.

Another person, who I believe to be the manager, instructed her not to make the exchange. We explained the situation again and showed her the receipt. She denied the damaged bill had come from their register and instructed us to change it at the cashier cage instead. She did not want to accept the damaged bill and insisted that we change it elsewhere, while she smiled and repeatedly told the people present that the bill had not come from them.

I am a disabled person using a scooter, and the friend I was with, who had purchased the item for me, was dealing with foot pain. She did not try to solve a simple issue, but instead made us out to be liars in front of everyone present, and wanted us to go further than where we already were. We became frustrated and asked for a corporate number or a place to file a complaint. She immediately responded negatively, while she continued with her insulting smile.

I became extremely stressed by the situation.

Even at a distance away, she was waving the $1 bill. Her customer service was deplorable and she behaved as if she was the boss and made unreasonable demands.
