The website leads you to believe that the product comes from London. No, it is from China. Their sizing chart is wrong, therefore, you order the wrong sizes. In order to return something, you have to jump through hoops, and then they only give you store credit. Also, when you email their customer service, the reply comes to you in Chinese! 我沒想到這是中國的產品（根據網站的說法） 而且，用中文回覆美國某人是錯誤的 現在我非常生氣 我想退回產品並獲得全額退款 How rude is that?
