Unbelievable Incompetence

I have not seen this level of incompetence in a long time. Having fully paid, I have been given the "run around" for several weeks - I still haven't received my glasses.

I was even offered to put in a bogus claim for Compression Socks with my insurance company and then split the payment 50-50 once payment is received. I believe Blink is in the business of making bogus insurance claims for Compression Socks and not in the eye care business.

The worst service ever... never coming back to this store...

wouldn't recommend this store to anyone... they rip you off! Very poor service.. they give 2-3 people same appointment times thus the confusion and the long wait times...

they are liars and you will never get what you deserve...

they totally will rip you off every single cent! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Worst I would say in GtA man

I would Be suggesting Nt to go there. Worse customer service plus worse dealin.Even With the coverage they do eat up ur money like insane.

It was my mistake goin there n havin the WORST CUSTOMER Service EVA. Waste of time *** !!

Blink Visioncare - Sunglasses Review from Brampton, Ontario

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING TO THIS PLACE!!! The lady was very pushy and kept asking me for my benefits package.

I went a few times to them but didn't buy anything. I finally decided on two pairs and she said she would use my benefits towards this. She gave me an amount and told me I would pay that amount out of my pocket and would get the return when it was sent out. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

She was charging me more for the sunglasses then they were worth. I even compared a price of sunglasses from sunglass hut and still it was over priced! They were charging me extra money and saying that they would give me a gift card of half of the amount I paid to put towards my sunglasses. The remaining amount was lost in the air.

This place is the worst place and they are manipulating people with benefits and misusing their trust.

Don't step foot in this store!!

Worst customer service!!

I have been there twice, met two different employees and both were too unprofessional! I could tell that they get annoyed when customers come in.

The first lady I met actually stopped me from trying on a frame saying that this is too big for me. And it didn't sound like an advice, more like she wanted me to leave.

The next time I went, this another employee did not even greet us or get up from her chair until called.

And even when she finally came over, she was too resistant to unlock the cabinets so I couldn't try the frames. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK UNTIL THEY TEACH THEIR EMPLOYEES BASIC MANNERS.

Pathetic services-Fashion Eye ware BLINKS, Bramalea City Center Brampton

I bought vision glasses for my son in May 2012 from Spexx in BRAMALEA CITY CENTER and paid $150 for glasses with anti glareand anti scratch coating. Within 2 month there were lots of scratches on the lenses.

I went back on 13 Aug 2012 and the girls were pretty rude and on my insisting talked to their supervisio named Shoiab who passed on the message that he can'tdo anything. They have another store Fashion Eye Ware Blink in the same mall where I met one of the same saleman and this guy Shoiab. I TOLD HIM about my problem and he agreed to do the repairs for scratches.I was promised that I will get my glasses next day.They never get back to me. 4 visits and umpteen no of telephone calls which they never pick up and respond back after leaving voice messages, the last visit being on Aug 27, I am still to get my glasses back.

Last visit the supervisor Shoiab said he doesn't know where my glassesare and told me he woulg call me back tommorow. I would never recommend anybody to do any business with these dishoenst buch.

Blink Fashion Eye Wear in Bramalea City Centre is the worse place to go buy your glasses bad customer service very rude people can"t speak English hard to understand liars, they cheat people especcially one gentlement that works in there will never go back.

Blink Visioncare in Bramalea City Centre

I have my own place that I usually go to but this time I went here for the simple reason that I didn't need to make an appointment. Right there in front of their store they advertised "optician onsite".

I got there and I was told that the optician would be back later so off I go. When I returned I once again asked if the optician was onsite and I was told he was. Excellent. Usually with past experience I would be advised whether one pair looked better versus another pair.

That was not the case here. I was rushed into buying a pair of glasses that I had in my hand by her quickly getting my name, address, and phone. That should have been the trigger to walk out. As soon as she had this information i was subjected to even worse care.

First I whisked off and was told to follow her. She went out the store and started to walk through the mall at a very fast pace (good thing I wasn't an elder). At this point I was getting angry over the false advertisement of "Optician Onsite". As it turned out I was taken to another vision care center for their optometrist to do my exam.

The optometrist made the one eye very clear but when I complained that the other eye wasn't I was told that this is normal. Okay, never heard of that before but ok. After the exam, the girl that brought me there was nowhere to be found and some guy was directing me to follow him. Once again we did the mad dash trying to follow this guy back to the original store.

When I questioned this whole running around thing, she simply barked back, "ya well try doing it the same number of times that I do in a day.". Excuse me! I asked how much it would cost me to walk out without buying glasses and they told me it was $90 for the exam. I was stuck to either have to pay $90 to run around or buy their overpriced glasses.

I paid for my glasses and was told to wait for a phone call then I left. When I returned to pick up my glasses they didn't fit right and of course there was no one there to make adjustments. I was told to come back in 15 min. When I returned the girl at the desk handed me my glasses.

Can you believe that someone had come during the 15 min that I was gone, made some adjustments, and left again? My glasses were still crooked but I was fuming so I took them and left. It was pointless. Never again will I go back.

Oh and on the back of the receipt there it is in big bold lettering, NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES. Their pricing is way too high. I spent twice as much as I do any other year. I wouldn't mind spending the money if the service was impeccable.

I've since told my story to a few family and friends that were asking where I got mine done because they were due for a replacement pair but let me assure you that I steered them away from this crazy place.

Here it is 3 weeks later, $400 out of pocket and convinced that my prescription is not correct. I will now have to go and make an appointment at my usual office and get my eyes retested and go from there.

Hi I also went there and a year and a half ago I experienced the same run around and repeat return. But here's my newest follow up I was recently told that bramalea city center blink sells knock off name brands that's right KNOCK OFF'S!

And there sunglasses by dolce and gabanna say 'made in China' there's no dolce sunglasses made there no exceptions look it up on the dolce gabanna site. So when I mentioned this the manager started yelling at me. Getting completely uproared over the question. All I said in a nice polite Canadian way manner was if mine were knock offs since I heard they were and he just blew up in my face screaming.

Now he as a man and a manager shouldn't be that rude especially me being a young female I usually have others treat me the way I treat them since that is the golden rule well not blink however! He yelled went off said ' go ahead if u want have a lawsuit!' I explained in a polite manner ' sir that is not what I came here to do I am simply inquiring since this was brought to my attention there's no need to get aggressive' he then got louder and screamed ' I am not getting aggressive'. Let me tell you its fake sunglasses for an arm and a leg.

And they are verbally abusive towards woman. Don't go there.

I was in the store and they have a sign "BUY ONE PAIR GET THE SECOND PAIR OF LENSES FOR $1"... When we went in, they find every excuse possible not to do it for us.

After a while we accepted, then they sold us sunglasses that did not fit, and when we came back to replace it with another one... The worker over there "ISMAIL" was soooo rude and did not replace it and said that every sale is final although he did not mention that when we buy it.

The store to which I am going to refer is BLINK FASHION EYEWEAR, Bramalea City Centre, Unit 628, Brampton, Ont., just so that Vikas doesn't think I am talking about some other store.

We ordered 2 pair of glasses from the store which had a great selection. My wife ordered them tinted and had one pair done which came back perfect. When the second pair was put in for tinting they came back too light.

From there it was just a nightmare. The glasses were returned no less than 10 times, perhaps more as we lost count, as they could not get the tint right. As the person above complained, as soon as things started to go wrong we could not get hold of them, refusing to answer the phone etc. We had to resort to borrowing someone else's phone so that they could not tell who was calling.

At one point when we attended we got attitude from one of the assistants.

Buy from here at your own risk. The after service is worse than poor. Never again!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!

Do not buy glasses here. Although the selection is pretty good, they will treat you well when you are shopping to make your purchase and you will get a pretty good deal the customer service after that is terrible.

They will not call you when your glasses arrive, you have to chase them down but when you call there to try and find out if they are ready you will get the voice mail everytime you call and the mailbox will always be full so you can't even leave a message THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES !! The only way to find out if your glasses are in is to go to the mall in person which is a waste of time if they are not ready. I ordered glasses and have been waiting forever, I feel like going elsewhere but I've already paid for the glasses so unfortunately I have to sit and wait.

When I did get through to them after several calls I complained....the guy hung up on me.....I WILL NEVER BUY GLASSES FROM BLINK AT THE BRAMALEA CITY CENTRE AGAIN !! I have a friend who also had similar issues and will not be returning either.

Allentown, PA. Clearly the complaint is about your store in bramalea city centre located in Brampton Ontario, Canada as there is no bramalea city centre in PA.????
