I have sent multiple emails for several items and get responses not addressing my issue that I want to return because I don't like it or doesn't fit. Cannot get a return mailing address from them.

I have complied with the 60 day return criteria. HELP!!!

I ordered a medical alert bracelet from these people three or more weeks ago. I have not received it.

I have not received my money back and I was using that bracelet to help me if I ever passed out, so it's for medical purposes. It's really a shame that you all can't get my bracelet to me.

I ordered some items did not receive them. Also Ive been contacting the company with no response. I just need help with figuring out where is my package.

No tracking number for DHL. I received a package but the address is wrong even though it's correct on my shipping and billing address account information. It's sitting in Kent Washington but no idea which company.

I sent several emails, but couldn't get anyone to respond. When they did start to answer me, there was a significant improvement, but it took a while.

they did offer for me to send a photo of the literature I received and a picture of the necklace. So they did want to work with me in the end.

I haven't received the shipment I ordered, they sent something else. I can't get to talk to anyone or get my email to go through

I had ordered 2pink rings a wild ago and I have reach out to you a few times and I haven heard back I have no tracking number so I would like to know what is the hold up thank you I would hope you can get back to me ASAP thank I ordered them a long time ago so please look in to it for me I would appreciate it

I am calling to find out where is my order the number that is supposed to be customer service is unacceptable I need to talk to a personal customer service live real person because I have been sent numerous of emails with tracking that is fraudulent

I got the ring i order yesterday its to small.. i went on website to start the return says it cant find the order .

I called now they not taking calls..

i need to send this ring back and i dont have a rerurn label..

I ordered a pair of earrings on sale from $150 marked down to $40 and a few other earrings i haven't tried on..the supposed 24k plated $150 earrings arrived with a loose clip on the back and the 3rd week broken...i emailed the company with the information and was sent a prepaid label to return the earrings before 30 days. I work and can't be inconvenienced to get to a post office during the week and they told me i had to include my original packing slip which i do not have..i emailed them back telling them it's bad enough i brought a $40 pair of earrings that didnt last a month when i have paid $10 for clip ons ive had over a year...and told them i didn't have the initial receipt and got NO RESPONSE.

I will NOT shop here again nor will i recommend them to anyone. HORRIBLE.

URGENT......consumers........the woman who owns this company is a joke. Hiring the worst people like evette...who really can care less if the owner gives out your personal information.

No orders are ever filled they simply cancel your order without the decency to inquire.

i ordered a ring and I only had it a few weeks and the stone fell out the items look better on the Internet then when you get them. think twice
