Ordered and paid for second set of blinds from this company in June 2020. I decided to add a second transparent layer to my existing blinds from them making dual roller blinds. I was told by the sales person this happens all the time so not a problem at all. Well from 12th June with a guaranteed 6 week install its now 24th of December 2020 and they just called to say they had the wrong parts for the order (for the THIRD time), though they were coming out TODAY to install. The installer has already turned up twice with the wrong materials. After the second time I was told I would get priority and it was urgent and they would ensure the correct brackets were ordered from their warehouse and I would be called. After 3.5 weeks i had to phone them to follow up twice and enquire about the rebooking because they did not call me, I requested that they please ensure the order is correct before coming out for a third time. I was given the assurance that the correct parts have now been ordered and they had booked me in for 24 December in the afternoon, without even checking if I would be available. I said yes because I just want my blinds finally installed. The customer service is appalling, its not ok to just tell a customer its all sorted when its not. I have paid in full more than 5 months ago, they have not honored their advertised guarantee policy, in both on-time delivery and clean installation. Im happy to give them the additional 2.5 months grace period due to Covid19 restrictions which impacted them booking a reinstall straight away after the first arrival with the wrong parts. However this is now a complete joke. Unprofessional, horrible customer service, ineffective warehouse process, not even hitting the base standard of operating, why provide business guarantees when you don't care to live up to it. Do not use them.
