I wrote the Review # 34665 and received a call from Blindgsgalore where I bought my Levelor shades from. I was very impressed that Blindsgalore cared enough to make the situation right.
I received a call from Tristie @ Blindsgalore telling me she spoke to Levelor on my behalf and got them to make a new shade and send it out to me so I would not have to go through any inconvenience.
What a great lady and it changed my mind about dealing with Blindsgalore.com (top notch company). Thank you Blindsgalore...don't be afraid to use them, they stand behind their customers!
