Verified Reviewer |Blinds of Plantation shutters got damaged due to poor quality, never get fixed or replaced in 2~3 years
In may 2023, I ordered blinds for my entire house under order no. 1247****.
Unfortunately, several of the blinds were damaged after being used for only for the first week.
Since the damage occurred, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue. I have contacted your customer service team three times and spoke to three different representatives- Laura, Tamik and Gino. Despite providing clear details of the problem during each call, no resolution has been offered. Additionally, I have submitted photos documenting the damage several times, yet no action has been taken
"I sent an email again with photos clearly outlining the issues that need urgent resolution.
Despite this, I received the same dismissive response claiming, 'no photos received.' Its frustrating and unacceptable that there seems to be no real effort from your team to address or resolve the problem. This situation needs immediate attention, and I expect a proper resolution

Dear Blinds.com,
I am writing regarding order 1325**** for two Deluxe Roman shades purchased on 2/3/24. I selected the "flat fold (Seamless)" option which is described on your website as having "no visible seams" and that the "flat fold creates gentle folds at the bottom of the shade as it is raised." However, upon receiving and unpacking the shades, it is clear there are visible seams and horizontal bars creating distinct lines in contradiction to the product description on your website.
This appears to constitute false advertising under the FTC Act which deems it unlawful "to advertise goods or services with intent not to sell them as advertised." I contacted customer service on 2/17/24 and was assured I should order samples of a different product.
I subsequently ordered and paid extra for expedited shipping of samples of the SouthSeas Roller Shades.
Upon selecting a new SouthSeas Roller Shades product to order based on the samples, I was informed I would have to pay full price rather than the advertised sale price on your website. As the need to order a different product is based on receiving defective and falsely advertised merchandise, I believe I am entitled to the new product at the currently advertised sale price.
I am seeking a full refund of the Deluxe Roman Shades so that I can place a new order for the SouthSeas Roller Shades at the currently advertised price. Please advise within 5 business days if you will provide the requested remedy.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I am prepared to report this issue to the Federal Trade Commission. I look forward to resolving this issue together.

Customer Service is rubbish
Still waiting for a replacement blind and rail, as what was fitted is faulty. Had an appointment for replacement on 17/12/2022.

If you can't supply, then I would suggest a refund, for that blind. Am not impressed.

Seems my blinds are too wide....need a remake
Yes, thanks for following up, last Saturday I called Blinds.com to inform them that I had made a mistake on the width dimension of my reorder(should be 40 1/8). She informed me that she would take care of it and send me a confirmation on Monday. Not only did I not receive a confirmation but I have just received a notice of delivery for the reorder and that the width dimension has not changed from 40 1/2 to 40 1/8, therefore I will be receiving another blind that will not fit.

After contacting Blinds.com, I received a phone call from Rochelle. Call was professional, she listened carefully.
After discussion she said pics would be helpful. After she received them, on the same day she sent suggestions on repair accompanied by YouTube videos.
My wife and I were able to correct the problem. Thank you, Rochelle.

Did not receive my order
NoneOrdered shades on July 2 on August 11 they said I receive them did not get my order on that date have not received my order. FedEx has lost my package try to get in touch with the company for a week and a half and they will not answer their phone I would like to get my money back but I cant talk to anyone because they wont answer their phone!
I am very upset with this company, I pay good money for the shade.
They shouldnt treat their customers like this. Its very upsetting that I cant talk to someone!

Did not receive my order, try to get in touch with the company they will not answer their phone and I like them my money back, this is very upsetting will not order from this company again, FedEx lost my package sent it to the wrong address in round state I live in Georgia I dont live in South Carolina

DONT USE
I ordered 1 blind. Just one.
It has taken them over a month to make them. To date I have called 4 times to check status and keep being told the factory ran out of material.
Today I was told it would ship this week not to arrive for 5-7 days. Which IF it shows up next week will be 6 weeks to make one blind.
Defective fraudulent service
I ordered vertical blinds for my home with professional measurements. Used blinds.com to order which gave me the option to select the exact size I wanted.
They shipped the first set the wrong size. Complained and they sent a second set the wrong size. This company slandered me and accused me of not being able to measure correctly. I had my home measurements taken by a professional!
I am not *** and a company should never say that you are. A professional company should provide you with exactly what you ordered.
Customer service insulted me and called me a bad name. DONT EVER BUY FROM BLINDS.COM
