Customer Service is rubbish
Still waiting for a replacement blind and rail, as what was fitted is faulty. Had an appointment for replacement on 17/12/2022. Still waiting. If you can't supply, then I would suggest a refund, for that blind. Am not impressed.

Seems my blinds are too wide....need a remake
Yes, thanks for following up, last Saturday I called Blinds.com to inform them that I had made a mistake on the width dimension of my reorder(should be 40 1/8). She informed me that she would take care of it and send me a confirmation on Monday. Not only did I not receive a confirmation but I have just received a notice of delivery for the reorder and that the width dimension has not changed from 40 1/2 to 40 1/8, therefore I will be receiving another blind that will not fit.

After contacting Blinds.com, I received a phone call from Rochelle. Call was professional, she listened carefully. After discussion she said pics would be helpful. After she received them, on the same day she sent suggestions on repair accompanied by YouTube videos. My wife and I were able to correct the problem. Thank you, Rochelle.
