Hi I ordered blinds from you a couple of weeks ago, order number ( B5288****WB). It has taken me a while to actually get round to putting the blinds up but when I have one of the blinds has snapped and the other is too short and the string is starting to break. I was wondering if there is any chance you could send the blinds out again and adjust the ones that are too short. Kind regards Aidan Rea
