- - Customer sent information and pictures to prove the blinds didn't fit.
- - The company said the proof wasn't good enough.
Im now having fun and games with them as I sent the information and pictures to proof that the blinds I bought from them didnt fit. To which they informed me wasnt good enough. I will never be using this company again and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

I ordered blinds from you a couple of weeks ago, order number ( B5288****WB). It has taken me a while to actually get round to putting the blinds up but when I have one of the blinds has snapped and the other is too short and the string is starting to break.
I was wondering if there is any chance you could send the blinds out again and adjust the ones that are too short.
