Avoid at all cost

tried to buy $56 worth of stuff... denied twice and don't know why, joined the club, couldn't tell if I was a member or not, no indication of being logged in or out. So far I cant buy stuff and I don't know if im a "member" or whether Im logged in or not. Chat requires some kind of sign up so I go for the 1 800 number. The snarky woman I got to talk to seemed upset that I wasn't brilliant enough to figure out their ways of doing business. If they don't want to do business, fine, but you are wasting my time. One more thing is the bbb. They didn't give blick accreditation and yet blick has a A+ rating (facepalm)

stop treating the customer like garbage

Awful service, incompetent

I am a bulk customer and every few months I place about 20 orders and on every order something is screwed up. They always short me on items and then credit and rebill me which means I have to do a lot more paperwork every time they screw up. They can't label my orders right and process them correctly so I don't have to hound them for receipts, shipping confirmations, etc. They make ordering supplies a nightmare. Ordering with Blick seems so easy but it's always a hassle and staff could use training so everything gets done the right way, EVERY TIME. I'm so disappointed in the way they operate.
