I’m not a pissed customer
I dont like being associated with pissed customers. This is so negative and unkind.
I do like Blenders and own several pairs. I made the mistake on my order and was trying to correct. Maybe rethink this term.
May have been cute marketing at one time. Disappointing!

As soon as I finished the transaction I realized my mistake, I sent it to an old address in Idaho. I sent an email immediately after to correct the mistake.
Whats 24 hrs right?
When no email came from Blenders, I sent another email. When the email was not answered, I tried to find a phone number on the site to no avail. Sent one more email no answer.
Now I did research on the internet and found a number. I called the phone number and it was closed.
I get it people have to sleep. I called the phone number today and was on hold for 30 minutes. Some recording came on and cut the call off.
I just wanted the delivery address changed so I could get my first set of Blenders and the cords to keep from losing them.
I have a friend who raves about Blenders. Mistakes happen but this has become rather frustrating.

I need to return it but because I dont have the order number and the purchase does not show under my account I can not do the return.
I am so upset and have wasted a lot of time on this
