The blendercap broke after the 3rd use , i was told a new unit was on the way ,i returned the broken product and i never got the new one , i have a blender bottle i purchased from cruz and i feel like if i dont return it i wont get my product back i just keep getting return label's for the bottle i own own, in the words of JOHN a cruzlife (blendercap)representitive , oh no let me send you a new unit, to be told this and then you dont honor your words... some people will hold you to what you say ,

I was told I would receive a new one , after waiting for it I was refunded with no explanation, it was after the accidental refund on their end I was told a new unit was on its way . Just do what you say don't offer things you have no intention of providing,the mistake was by Cruz,who stopped all email contact at this point, the company doesn't have an actual phone number to call , honestly i just had surgery and was really excited to have mine replaced,
