Note: after writing the below review, I have tried every number listed for Bleame in my final efforts to speak to an actual human about my issues. All numbers I have found on the Bleame website and on other forums have been disconnected.

While looking for answers and ways to contact this company, the Better Business Bureau website came up in my search results. After leaving a review for Bleame on the BBB website, I saw there was also a complaints tab for the company. I opened this tab and learned that there have been 114 complaints filed against Bleame. The number is now 115 as I submitted a complaint myself.

Here are more details of my experience: WARNING! While Bleame did successfully remove the hair from my legs, it also left my skin red and bumpy with the strawberry pattern. This reaction is common with shaving and Bleame advertises that you can avoid it by using their product. After my experience, I have learned that this is FALSE!

The strawberry look and bumpy texture is in fact 10x worse from this product compared to traditional shaving. In addition, this product caused extreme itching and burning on my legs that was so extreme, I had scabs forming on my legs. This lasted for over a week and was so bad I couldn't sleep. I tried moisturizing, vitamin E oil and even rubbing Vaseline on my legs to help alleviate the pain, but nothing worked.

It was horrible. The worst part is that their customer service is virtually non-existent despite advertising that it is available 24/7. Also, despite reaching out days after receiving this product, I have yet to be offered the option to return this product for a full refund - they did offer a 50% refund with a long list of terms. If satisfaction was actually their top priority, they would have stood by their product and offered me a return option for a 100% refund.

One final note: while Bleame advertises all-natural ingredients, I am concerned that this is not true. Based on my experience and the severe reaction caused by this product, I suspect that there are chemicals used in the magic crystals.

I worry that this product may potentially contain harmful chemicals to which I and other users have unknowingly exposed ourselves. As this is all unknown, I worry that there could be potentially unknown harmful long-term effects on health.
