I had a similar bad result. After 2 months of waiting I could not get even simple changes fixed. Their customer service was horrific - they treated me like I was an ***.

I paid $1600 approximately and the sirens got, despite my detailed descriptions, never quite turned out to be what I felt was my dream site. I regret it sorely and will be moving on to one of the bigger template based companies that offer so much more. Very disappointing.

Bad website design and horrible customer service.

waited over 2 months for a *** web design with even crappier customer service. couldn't even bill me correctly.

said I was the only one that sent a check instead of using auto pay and blamed me every time the failed to bill me. then they with held services until I paid. Never again terrible company to busy to support there clients. They treated me like a pain in there *** because of this billing situation.

I am a small company and cannot afford to pay 6 months worth of bills all at once yet they demanded it.

NO MORE! BU BY

I was contacted by Blazonco and they deeply apologized for the billing errors and offered to make it right. I accepted there apology and am happy with the resolution.

I guess they had a employee that left and told no one of our arraignment.

Yes we had disagreement's on other things but we are both willing to work it out. Thanks Blazonco

Blazonco

Updated by user Feb 28, 2012

I have to retract my stand on this company as they did follow up and make us 100% satisfied. In the end we are very happy and I have to apoligise to Blazonco and the entire team as they did get us resolution and told me that the issue was in error.

I will use the company and feel we should have given them additional time to respond as they did come to the table and assisted us al the way.

Thank you Blazonco team.

I just filed a BBB report do not give this company funds of any kind they use the Zoom Legal relationship to close you and then the bad business will start. If you are not ready do not let Blazonco get a deposit or start any deals as they are good at calling and closing you and then they will not give you your money back.

Get a contract and don't make the mistake I made as they then offered me 50%back after doing NOTHING! I mean NOTHING at all. Big Bird, Oscar and the rest of the kids show gets the fact if no service was ever completed why would they bill over $900.00 for professional services and give you NOTHING but a hard time.

They V.P says he record every call and got real tough with me then after zero follow up he was very nice as he could not find the call on his system. Then he offered me 50%.

I am going to post this on every complaint web page I can.

In fact I am an employee who is being paid to cover every page to help you. Zoom Legal needs to know as well that they are using them to build the close and then, you will need Legal for sure.

Looks like this post was updated and retracted 2 days after it was posted in 2012. I had to "Read More" to see that though. Even the first complaint listed on the page appears as though the person worked it out in a couple days.

This company has terrible customer service. They make excuses for everything and you can never speak to a live person.

This company will sell you on their abilities but don't expect to be blown away by results. Expect delays and excuses.

Very simple requests are left unanswered. If I had it to do over again, I would have gone elsewhere.

Blazonco keeps calling me!!!

Blazonco, or should I say Bla-stalko-a web design company keeps calling me to sign up with them just because they're PARTNERS with Legal Zoom.(eww big time!! like we're supposed to be impressed). I keep telling them that they're too expensive and their template designs are in my opinion *** for $600! I wouldn't pay no more than $50 bucks on it. It's worth $50 bucks, I'll give them that.

I actually had an ok conversation with the sales rep and he was trying to convince me to spend $600 and then $79 a month for their monthly package. I need to be sold because you got a great product at a great price and not because who you're partners with a well known company and that's it.

Now for those who have been asleep the past 24 months might have forgot we're in a recession and this economy is hurting tremendously. I wasn't looking for a freebie, but *** $79 bucks a month for an awful website template?! Get the F$#%@ out of here!

Here's the sad part. My uncle filed a trademark with legal zoom last year and a rep from bla-stalko called him and sold him a $600 website. Now I'm no web expert, but the site he got for $600 bucks was TERRIBLE!!! And here's the kicker--he had problems from day 1. He couldn't get a hold of his designer and when he did, he felt like he was being rushed off the phone. He figured out they were more concerned with just getting the site up and running rather than what it looked like. He wants to cancel so bad because it's an embarrassment to his image after I showed other web companies designs and for the same price and some cheaper. He doesn't tell anyone he has a site because he's that ashamed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in this country, you pay $600 bucks for something that's worth $600 not $500, not $400, not $300 and so on. And if I'm paying that kind of cash, it had better look great. Not so-so, or ok or I hope no one checks it out.

The sales guy asked me if I took a look at the sites they just built and I laughed my butt off because he didn't seem impressed himself by the tone in his voice. Total red flag. I told the guy a long time ago to stop calling me and so he did, but I got some other *** off that keeps calling me. I downloaded the app to block numbers and blazonco's was the first one I blocked lol! Those *** just wouldn't take no for an answer no matter what. I feel that it's terrible training and management to allow that to happen. So unprofessional. I felt like they were debt collectors as many times as they called.

My point. People please do your homework first on web companies out there as far as pricing and make sure you get the best bang for your buck. Before you put down $600 or whatever, make sure there is a refund policy once you see the work or do not do it. You will regret it.

There are a ton of website companies that charge way less than blazonco and if yes there a lot that charge $600 bucks and more.

Blazonco brags about how they can drive traffic to your website for $79 bucks a month. Here's the catch--that sounds great to any business owner but based on their designs for $600 and what I was shown, why in the *** would I want more traffic to go to a site that in my opinion doesn't look hot?

Here are a few companies that are out there that build great websites and some for free. Some even have payment plans available.

#1 company I recommend if you're selling products: Volusion.com...awesome templates for free! Affordable monthly plans...no set up fee! You pick the template you want, and you get that exact template that you paid for and not a surprise! I love them because they have a 14 day trial that if you don't like it ,you don't buy it! No questions asked. Plus their partnered with big name fortune 500 companies too!

#2 is 123triad.com. Solid designs at about $600 and more. 100% refund before 15 days if you're not totally satisfied

I am yet another very very dissatisfied customer who went through Legal Zoom and them bombarded with "great" benefits to include web. The work is horrible and extremely elementary.I am trying to get them to stop auto-debit my account but may be in too deep at this point. BEWARE...NOT GREAT DESIGNERS

123Triad are scam artists. Took my company for $2,500 when they wouldn't refund any of our money, while trying to pass cookie cutter BS off as customized work.

They did maybe 2 hours work and wouldn't refund a dime. :(
